Pinitin Terms of Use
Rules for using Pinitin as a public identity, profile, posting, discovery, and community-sharing platform.
Network Legal Source
Pinitin uses the shared SpiderTaz Network account framework. These Pinitin Terms add rules for public profiles, handles, posts, comments, reactions, follows, reports, visibility, discovery, promotion, and community activity. The central SpiderTaz Network Terms of Service also apply when you use Pinitin.
Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, signing in, publishing, submitting, commenting, reacting, following, reporting, or otherwise using Pinitin, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use Pinitin.
Accounts And Access
Pinitin account access is tied to the shared SpiderTaz Network identity system. You are responsible for activity connected to your account, session, device, browser, profile, credentials, or authorized access. Keep sign-in access secure and do not use another person's account.
A Pinitin profile, handle, post, follower count, reaction count, badge, link, promotion, or public activity record is not separate proof of legal identity, ownership, authority, truth, endorsement, expertise, or trust.
Profiles, Handles, And Public Identity
Pinitin may provide public profile pages, handles, display names, biographies, websites, social links, avatars, banners, tags, posts, comments, reactions, follows, and public history. You may not reserve, sell, squat, impersonate, misrepresent, weaponize, or misuse handles, names, profile fields, links, or public identity signals.
Pinitin may limit, rename, hide, remove, redirect, preserve, or reclaim handles and public pages when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, rights protection, public confusion, operational stability, or platform integrity.
User Content And License
You retain whatever lawful rights you have in content you submit, including profile information, posts, comments, images, links, names, handles, biographies, reactions, reports, and other materials. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have sufficient rights to submit that content and grant the license described here.
By submitting content to Pinitin, you grant Pinitin, its owner, operators, service providers, and network systems a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, index, cache, excerpt, adapt for formatting, transmit, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, promote, and provide Pinitin and related network services.
Public content may be visible to anyone, linked by other sites, indexed by search engines, archived, cached, shared, quoted, previewed, or stored outside Pinitin's control. Removing content from Pinitin may not remove copies, caches, search results, screenshots, embeds, backups, logs, or third-party references.
Posts, Comments, Reactions, Follows, And Reports
Posts, comments, reactions, follows, boosts, supports, reports, profile types, links, counts, and public activity are user and community signals only. They do not create verification, endorsement, certification, ownership, partnership, employment, sponsorship, truth, safety approval, professional advice, or guaranteed placement.
Reports and safety submissions may be retained and reviewed. Misusing reporting, reaction, follow, comment, or posting features to harass, manipulate, spam, impersonate, coordinate abuse, suppress lawful expression, or mislead users is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
Use Pinitin for lawful public identity, posting, sharing, discovery, profile history, community participation, and owned-web connection. Do not submit, promote, facilitate, or link to unlawful, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, invasive, exploitative, obscene, malicious, spam, malware, credential-harvesting, impersonation, scraping, or rights-violating content or conduct.
You may not interfere with Pinitin systems, security, routing, account controls, rate limits, robots controls, indexing controls, moderation tools, reporting tools, logs, sessions, databases, or network infrastructure. You may not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or use intended to damage, overload, mislead, or exploit the platform or its users.
Visibility, Search, And Public Availability
Visibility controls affect how Pinitin attempts to display content inside the platform, but public information can travel beyond Pinitin through search engines, previews, links, browser caches, third-party services, screenshots, archives, and user sharing. Do not publish private, sensitive, confidential, or restricted information unless you accept the risk of public exposure.
Pinitin may include public, active, eligible profile and post pages in feeds, internal discovery, metadata, previews, and sitemaps. Pinitin may exclude, limit, de-index, hide, or remove content when needed for quality, safety, privacy, rights, law, moderation, or operational reasons.
Promotion And Commercial Use
Pinitin may support advertising, sponsorships, promoted profiles, promoted posts, service links, affiliates, memberships, paid visibility, or other commercial features. Paid visibility must remain separate from identity verification, organic reputation, public truth, editorial judgment, and lawful ownership.
If you use Pinitin for business, sponsorship, affiliate, promotional, organization, creator, product, service, or community activity, you are responsible for required disclosures, permissions, rights, tax obligations, claims, customer promises, and legal compliance.
Moderation And Enforcement
Pinitin may review, edit, label, limit, hide, remove, decline, de-index, preserve, restore, suspend, terminate, or restrict content and access at any time when Pinitin determines action is appropriate for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational stability, platform integrity, rights protection, user protection, or public protection.
Pinitin is not obligated to monitor all content, explain every enforcement action, publish moderation details, preserve content indefinitely, restore deleted material, resolve user disputes, or maintain any feature, ranking, route, handle, profile, post, comment, reaction, follow, report, or public page forever.
Third-Party Links And Services
Users may submit links, images, social profiles, websites, products, services, media, offers, and other third-party references. Pinitin does not control third-party content, privacy practices, availability, safety, claims, products, services, payments, or transactions. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
No Guarantees
Pinitin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pinitin makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, ranking, reach, traffic, search visibility, indexing, revenue, audience growth, account continuity, data preservation, or uninterrupted operation.
Pinitin does not guarantee that content will remain online, appear in search engines, be seen by any audience, produce any result, remain compatible with any third-party service, or be free from technical failures, interruptions, attacks, removals, caching delays, or data loss.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinitin, its owner, operators, affiliates, service providers, and network systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, reputation, goodwill, revenue, opportunity, access, rankings, audience, business, or expected benefit arising from or related to Pinitin.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability arising from or related to Pinitin shall be limited to the amount you paid directly to Pinitin for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or one hundred dollars if no such payment was made.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinitin, its owner, operators, affiliates, service providers, and network systems from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, settlements, judgments, penalties, and attorney fees arising from your content, conduct, account use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, third-party dispute, commercial activity, or misuse of Pinitin.
Governing Rules And Severability
If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Pinitin may assign, transfer, or delegate rights and obligations associated with operating the platform.
Updates And Contact
Pinitin may update these Terms when platform features, legal needs, safety needs, or operational needs change. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.
Legal, privacy, safety, abuse, and account questions should be sent through the current network contact path or the account controls available through the network menu.
