Marketplace Rules
Offer only things you own or have permission to provide. Use accurate photos, prices, availability and terms. Do not impersonate a seller or claim verification you do not have.
- No live animals, animal sales, breeding or rehoming, including free offers. Ordinary pet supplies are allowed if otherwise safe and lawful.
- No illegal, stolen, counterfeit or pirated goods, deceptive financial offers, scams, pyramid schemes, fake documents, stolen accounts or personal data.
- No firearms, ammunition, explosives, dangerous weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, tobacco or vaping products.
- No sexual services, explicit adult material, recalled products, hazardous materials or unsafe goods.
- No harassment, discrimination, impersonation, spam or collecting someone else's private information.
- Offer only what you have the right to sell or distribute. Disclose defects, honest prices, current availability and delivery/return terms. Restricted categories remain unavailable until approved.
- Keep home addresses, bank/card numbers, passwords and access keys out of listings and messages.
These rules apply equally to every listing tier and payment method. Violations may result in listing removal, restrictions or account suspension. Use the network contact path to request review of a decision.
Before you agree
Confirm who you are dealing with, what is included, delivery, cancellation and refund terms. Do not send money because of urgency or promises. Where Buy Now is offered, PayPal processes payment directly to the connected seller. Other listings use inquiries and agreed payment arrangements. Pinitin does not provide escrow or verified purchase reviews. Payment protection depends on PayPal's rules and the actual transaction.
PayPal is not required. Buyers and sellers agree on an accepted method directly. Payment services have their own availability, rules and protections; a payment link is not proof that the seller is verified or that payment succeeded.
Use Report Listing for suspicious or prohibited offers. Reports are private. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
